We owe our success to our innovative product, our emphasis on our stores, our commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we get to make in every community we are in.The Platform team works closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to create both experience and technical requirements for rich features and functionality for enterprise Platforms to support our guest experience. The team works very closely with application teams and product managers in the Cloud & Infrastructure space to ensure roadmaps are created and managed according to the requirements needed to solve the high priority problems within each roadmap. The team is organized, values research, great at facilitation, problem solving and bringing the right skill sets together to ensure we have aligned requirements to enhance our guest experience across our digital properties. Translating business strategy into feature/project requirements is a specialty of this team.A day in the life:Works closely with other Platform Product Managers, Business Owners and Technology teams to ensure requirements are in place and understood.Responsible for ensuring acceptance criteria is aligned.Works closely with Architects to ensure system implications/dependencies are understood.Facilitates requirement conversations with Technology Teams.Experience and functional requirements gatheringHelping business owner and/or product manager groom backlogIncluding dependency management and architectural decisions in requirementsAligning overall scope and sequencing recommendations with product managerUtilizes artifacts such as JIRA, Confluence and Business Process Documentation to facilitate requirement alignment sessionsQualifications:5+ years of Product Manager experience within Technology industryExperience providing requirements for medium to large initiativesExperience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologiesDemonstrated experience translating strategy into feature development roadmapsDemonstrated experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints while keeping the guests need at top of mindMust haves:Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.
