Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | On-Call Required | 4 Weekend Shifts Per Schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 65-bed NICU with patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 4:1 depending on acuity
• Operate and monitor specialized equipment including isolettes, ventilators, feeding pumps, IV pumps, and breast pumps
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech and CPN electronic medical record systems
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary night shift team including charge nurses, team leads, transport nurses, respiratory therapists, and unit assistants
• Adhere to unit guidelines, policies, and dress code requirements (navy scrubs)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience
• Ability to fulfill on-call requirements as assigned
• Proficiency with NICU-specific equipment and technology
• Strong teamwork orientation and adaptability to change

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of Level 4 NICU experience
• Experience with Meditech and/or CPN EMR platforms
• Background as a travel RN in a high-acuity NICU setting
