Holland & Knight LLP – Healthcare Regulatory Associate Holland & Knight LLP is seeking a healthcare regulatory associate for its Birmingham office. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-4 years of prior experience, with law firm experience preferred, and a strong grounding in healthcare regulatory matters, including the laws and regulations relating to healthcare providers. Responsibilities Interface with clients and maintain strong communication skills. Work as part of a highly experienced healthcare regulatory team, collaborating with partners and associates. Provide research, drafting, and organizational support for healthcare regulatory matters. Qualifications Licensed to practice law in Alabama (AL Bar membership required). At least 3 years of transferable experience in healthcare regulatory matters. Excellent research, writing, drafting, and organizational skills. Must reside in Birmingham, AL (or be willing to relocate before hiring). Expected to work in‑office minimum three business days per week.
