Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Endocrinologist to provide comprehensive endocrine care to patients with various hormonal and metabolic disorders. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients with endocrine disorders.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Stay updated on advancements in endocrinology and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of Internal Medicine residency followed by Endocrinology fellowship.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Endocrinology preferred.
• Active medical license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex endocrine conditions.
• Experience with diagnostic procedures and specialty care settings.
• Familiarity with acute care management and wound care is a plus.
• Experience with vascular radiography or related procedures is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% preferred.
