Job Opportunity – Endoscopy Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: October 2026

Location: Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 36-hour work week consisting of two 10-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM) and two 8-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM). Call requirements include one weekday call per week and one weekend call per 6-week schedule. Weekend commitment of 2-3 weekends per contract period.

Highlights:

• Advanced endoscopy experience required including ERCP with SpyGlass technology, EBUS procedures, bronchoscopy, colonoscopy, EGD, and ION procedures
• Well-equipped 3-room, 11-bed unit with average daily census of 20 patients and 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Epic charting system and Pyxis medication management
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, pharmacy, rapid response, radiology, and transportation services
• First-time travelers accepted with minimum 1 year of experience
• Contract length varies with orientation hours provided; maximum 7 days requested time off per contract

Requirements:

• Active Georgia or Compact state RN license required at time of submission
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; endoscopy experience strongly preferred
• ERCP experience required; experience with SpyGlass, bronchoscopy, EBUS, colonoscopy, EGD, and ION procedures essential
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred
• Demonstrated competency in administering and monitoring conscious sedation
• Experience with 1:2 patient ratios preferred
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Full compliance documentation required prior to start date
