A Top 15 CPA Firm is seeking an Audit Manager to join its growing Financial Services practice in Miami.

This opportunity offers the chance to lead audit engagements, develop staff, manage key client relationships, and work with a sophisticated portfolio of financial services clients, including private equity funds, hedge funds, asset managers, broker-dealers, and other investment entities.

Position Highlights

• Location: Miami, FL
• Hybrid schedule (3 days per week in-office)
• Base salary: $120,000 - $160,000
• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion
• Exposure to a diverse portfolio of financial services clients

Ideal Background

• 5+ years of public accounting audit experience
• Active CPA license
• Financial Services audit experience preferred
• Experience working with private equity, hedge funds, broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, xhyhwjd or alternative investment clients is highly desirable
• Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills
• Experience managing multiple engagements and supervising audit teams
