IMKO Workforce Solutions is hiring Production/Assembly Associates for a growing manufacturing company in Brookings, SD. This is a light production position involving the inspection, assembly, and packaging of plastic components.
Responsibilities
- Inspect components for quality
- Assemble molded components and parts
- Package finished products according to instructions
- Monitor production equipment
- Ensure products meet quality specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and production procedures
Qualifications
- No previous manufacturing experience required – training provided
- Dependable with strong attendance
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Comfortable with repetitive production and assembly work
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
