Type: Full-Time | Day Shift
Position Overview
The Metal Crate Refurbisher is responsible for restoring, repairing, and preparing metal crates for reuse in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves hands-on general labor, use of hand and power tools, and maintaining quality and safety standards at all times.
⚠ ATTENDANCE IS STRICT - employees must report on time and as scheduled, every day . This position is not flexible on attendance or punctuality.

Key Responsibilities
- Refurbish metal crates by repairing, adjusting, and restoring them to quality standards
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Inspect crates for damage, defects, and overall quality before release
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed
- Operate overhead crane equipment (training may be provided)
- Previous experience in general labor, manufacturing, warehouse, or refurbishment preferred but not required
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Experience with overhead cranes is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Must be reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Monday - Friday
- 6:55 AM - 3:30 PM
- Overtime may be available based on production needs
