As a Tax Manager, you’ll oversee complex tax engagements, provide strategic guidance to clients, and play an integral role in developing both your team and the firm’s tax practice.Your ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of client relationships by providing proactive tax planning, consulting, and compliance services.Review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, estates, and other business entities while ensuring accuracy and quality.Prepare complex tax returns and provide technical support on specialized client engagements as needed.Lead engagement teams by planning assignments, reviewing work, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Research technical tax issues and develop practical, value-driven solutions for clients.Identify tax planning opportunities that help clients achieve their financial and business objectives.Mentor, train, and develop senior associates, associates, and staff accountants through coaching, technical guidance, and performance feedback.Collaborate with firm leadership to improve processes, strengthen client relationships, and support practice growth.Stay informed on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide timely guidance and recommendations.What We’re Looking ForActive CPA license required.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field; Master’s degree in Taxation (MST) is a plus.6+ years of public accounting tax experience.Strong experience managing client relationships and leading engagement teams.Comprehensive knowledge of tax planning, compliance, and technical tax matters.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.Commitment to delivering outstanding client service while fostering a collaborative team environment.Salary: $125,000 – $165,000 (DOE)Application Instructions: Please send your resume in Word format to: Allan Fisher Premier Financial Search View email address on click.appcast.io’s Connect & Explore Your Options We are actively hiring for a range of positions across multiple firms.
