Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Job Overview Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both indoors and outdoors. They assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies. Responsibilities Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions. Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability. Conduct audits of cash drawers and make bank deposits. Keep customers current with payments, including reminder and collection calls. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds for curb appeal. Physical Requirements Transport or lift items weighing up to 35 pounds. Walk around facilities, spending up to 50 percent of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Experience and Qualifications Experience in customer‑service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service‑based companies. Valid driver’s license and ownership of a vehicle to travel between work locations. Mileage reimbursement available. #J-18808-Ljbffr
