Associate Attorney (Signing Bonus) – 100% Remote Summary: Seeking a full-time Associate Attorney for a Social Security Disability division in a rapidly expanding Florida law firm. Practice law as part of our team in the firm’s Social Security Disability hearing level. Prepare clients for administrative hearings and represent claimants before Administrative Law Judges. Practice law as part of our team in the firm’s Social Security Disability appellate division. Handle federal court Social Security Disability appeals, including reviewing administrative records, researching applicable law, identifying reversible error, and drafting persuasive opening and reply briefs. Requires 3+ years of hands-on experience (writing sample will be requested). 100% remote work & flexible schedule. All tools, software, and ongoing training will be provided to ensure success. Compensation:
$85,000-$95,000 per year
