Chef ANDREW CARMELLINI is looking for hard-working, passionate BREAKFAST LINE COOKS to join the team at THE WILLIAM VALE , a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Brooklyn's most desired neighborhood, Williamsburg.

The William Vale includes Westlight, a rooftop bar with an elevated bar dining menu inspired by New York City's street food, Leuca, a Southern Italian restaurant featuring wood-fired coastal dishes, and a multi-faceted banquet and catering department.

This opportunity has tremendous growth potential within our hospitality family.

Ideal Candidates:
*Must be available to work from 5am-1pm.
*Have excellent knife skills.
*Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation.
*Have experience on multiple stations in the kitchen.
*Are able to lift 25 lbs or more.
*Prepare and execute key components of dishes while ensuring quality and accuracy.
*Support their fellow cooks.
