Safety Manager

Danco Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to support our operations across large commercial construction projects. This role works closely with company leadership and field crews to strengthen our safety culture through jobsite visits, training, and proactive safety program management across multiple active projects. At Danco Construction, safety is central to how we operate. We’re looking for someone passionate about protecting our teams and continuously improving jobsite safety. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine jobsite safety inspections and visits Evaluate and improve company safety policies and procedures Coordinate and lead safety training for employees Investigate incidents and analyze accident reports to identify trends Track safety metrics and implement corrective actions Ensure employees remain current on required safety training Manage safety communications and documentation, including SiteDocs submissions and reporting Maintain accurate safety records and uphold the highest standards of professionalism in the field Manage driver qualifications, CDL compliance, and DOT safety documentation Maintain documentation for inspections, certifications, and field reports Preferred Qualifications Experience in structural steel erection, commercial construction, tilt-wall, or metal building erection Knowledge of CDL regulations and driver qualification requirements Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910 and 1926 regulations and jobsite safety practices Experience with Procore and SiteDocs Strong leadership, communication, and field coordination skills Strong self-management and time management abilities Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly encouraged #J-18808-Ljbffr Danco Construction, Inc.
