SAFETY FIRST and ALWAYS We do a thorough intake, and inspect EVERY home before any visit. Your safety is a priority here. You meet and accept the cases you are comfortable taking.

What You Will Do:

Provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs (including trach/vent) across all ages, while supporting families and ensuring safe, high-quality care. Been a while or never worked with trach/vent but want to learn? We GOT YOU! This is a place where we support skill growth.

Position Requirements:

• Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina or a compact state
• Current CPR certification (in-person only)
• TB skin test completed within the past 12 months

LPN Pay Rate (per hour)

$28 - $33 USD

RN Pay Rate (per hour)

$29 - $33 USD
