What you will do:
Make our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” happy for our guests.
Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests.
- Greet guests at the buffet and dining area with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Assist with maintaining the buffet area by ensuring food stations remain clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Wipe and clean tables throughout service to maintain a neat and inviting dining environment.
- Monitor the dining area and promptly address spills, messes, and other cleanliness needs.
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained.
- Answer guests’ questions using knowledge of the hotel, surrounding area, and events.
- Provide courteous, friendly service and promote a positive guest experience with a +1 Service attitude.
- At the end of service, thoroughly clean the dining and buffet areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Maintain a high standard of integrity, hospitality, and teamwork while supporting the Drury culture with guests and co-workers.
