Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner

A healthcare organization in Coupeville, WA is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide diagnostic, treatment, and ongoing mental health services to children and adults in an outpatient primary care and walk-in clinic setting.

This onsite position offers a four-day work week with 10-hour daytime shifts and includes patient assessments, medication management, education, care coordination, and clinical documentation.

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Nursing, Washington PMHNP licensure, BLS certification, and current DEA registration, with at least one year of psychiatric care experience preferred. Strong communication, assessment, patient education, and crisis management skills are essential for success in this role.

The position offers a salary range of $130,000 $145,000, comprehensive benefits, and a one-time incentive of up to $20,000.
