Member Experience Lead: Onboarding & Community Builder
Multnomah Athletic Club
Multnomah Athletic Club in Portland is seeking a Member Experience Lead to design onboarding for prospective and new members, guiding them from initial interest through the first year of membership. You’ll lead tours, coordinate onboarding programs, craft communications, and partner with members to align interests with MAC experiences.
