The Role: Operations Executive (Remote)

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for healthcare market research? Were seeking an Operations Executive to join our Philippines-based team, supporting the execution of impactful projects for clients across the United States and Europe.

Responsibilities:

Manage diaries, schedules, and fieldwork logistics to support smooth project delivery.

Assist in developing and executing project-related administrative tasks, including screeners, discussion guides, questionnaires, project documents, and compliance forms.

Support the setup and quality control of project materials (e.g., analysis plans, report templates, other documentation)

Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and Senior Operations Executive to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Learn and utilise project management software to track, manage, streamline project workflows.

Experience Required:

Experience working in an administrative or coordination position (market research experience an advantage).

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Desirable: Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical market research projects.
