As Performance Physical Therapy continues to grow, we’re looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant who believes in doing things the right way—thoughtfully, compassionately, and with time to truly make connections. About the Role As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll work closely with our licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one‑on‑one, evidence‑based care in a supportive, patient‑focused environment. You’ll play a key role in helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes through personalized treatment plans, exercise instruction, and education. This is a collaborative clinical role where you’ll make a direct impact every day—working with a diverse caseload that may include orthopedic, spine, sports, vestibular, and pre/post‑operative patients. You’ll treat approximately 1.3 patients per hour, with time to focus on quality care. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Implement treatment programs that reflect the therapist’s plan of care and goals. Instruct patients in safe and effective exercise and functional activities. Educate patients and families to support adherence and independence. Document care accurately, completely, and on time in Clinicient EMR. Why Performance Physical Therapy?
