Caregivers/Home Care Aides Needed for Aligned In-Home Care in Marin and Sonoma Counties, Part time – any and all schedules! Compensation: $19-$24 per hour We See You & We Want To Work With You! Experience: You are a reliable and dedicated professional with hands-on experience, either having worked with an agency or with a family member or friend. You have the ability to add value, regardless of the stage of your career – just starting out, mid-career or retiree. You’re caring and compassionate, and you’re everything to everyone. Ongoing Education/Learning – Free courses and certifications (including continuing education if you have certifications/licenses) will be at your fingertips every day to help you grow your skills and gain professional experience for future opportunities. Sick Time – 40 hours of sick time per year after 90 days of your first client shift can be utilized given that you have a scheduled shift that you are unable to work due to bereavement or sickness.
