Sie haben bereits eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit fundierter Hands-on-Mentalität in vergleichbarer Funktion Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in der Immobilienwirtschaft (Immobilienökonom, IREBS, Dipl.-Kaufmann) Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte kompetente Kundenorientierung in Bezug auf den erfolgreichen Abschluss von gewerblicher Neu- und Anschlussmietverträgen Für Sie ist lösungsorientiertes strategisches Handeln in herausfordernden Zeiten im Sinne unserer Anleger selbstverständlich Sie sind ein loyaler Partner für unser Kollegenteam und verfügen über Führungsqualitäten Sie sind vertraut mit der Digitalisierung und gehen sicher mit den gängigen MS-Office-Produkten um. Stellvertretende fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des strategischen Asset Management Teams Germany Mitwirkung bei der Personalplanung und Einstellungsgesprächen Mitwirkung bei Mandatsbewerbungen für das Asset andProperty Management und sogenannten Pitches Erstellung von Vermietungskonzepten für die Neu- und Anschlussvermietung sowie Erstellung von Cashflow- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen von Budgets bei Neuvermietung und Mieterwechsel Führung von Vermietungsaktivitäten und Auswahl von potenziellen Mietern inklusive der Verhandlung von Mietverträgen Betreuung von Rechtsstreitigkeiten mit Mietern Einholung und Erstellung von Markt- und Mietanalysen Ausarbeitung und Durchführung von Handlungsvorschlägen und Strategien für Bestandsobjekte Steuerung und Überwachung des Reporting von ausgelagerten Tätigkeiten sowie der Durchführung von Vergabeverfahren Regelmäßige Geschäftsreisen zu relevanten Standorten Review der Jahresbudgetplanung sowie Sicherstellung des Reportings Bewertung von möglichen Investitionsobjekten insbesondere der mietvertraglichen Situation inklusive Steuerung der Umsetzung des Onboardings bei Objektankäufen mit dem zuständigen Investment Management Unterstützung weiterer interner Fachabteilungen z.
