HOUSEKEEPER

Housekeeping Position

Job Summary:

Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Daily Tasks:

• Making beds
• Cleaning bathrooms
• Vacuuming
• Dusting
• Restocking amenities

Housekeeping Cart:

Maintain your housekeeping cart with the necessary supplies, ensuring it is clean and organized.

Maintenance Reporting:

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in guest rooms or public areas.

Deep Cleaning:

Assist with deep cleaning tasks as needed, including furniture moving, carpet cleaning, and more.

Guest Interaction:

Provide a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests, addressing any requests promptly.

Additional Duties:

Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to assist guests and team members alike.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
