Familiar with HEC-RAS and HEC-HMS software. 2+ years’ experience using AutoCAD civil 3d or similar software. Workable understanding of Microsoft office (excel, word, etc.) Experience with wet utility layout and design. (water/wastewater/stormwater) Workable understanding of road profiles.
