Join our team to make work better for humans and humans better at work.Work You’ll DoAs a Project - Program Analytics & Insights Evaluator IIon the project, you will be responsible for:Supporting the design and implementation of large, multi-site evaluations of public health grant programsDeveloping and refining evaluation frameworks, logic models, research questions, and evaluation plans aligned with program goals and stakeholder prioritiesDesigning and developing data collection tools, including survey instruments, interview guides, focus group discussion guides, and program reporting templatesConducting and supporting data collection activities such as document reviews, interviews, focus groups, online surveys, document reviews, and systematic review of program reportsConducting quantitative analyses using appropriate descriptive, inferential, and other analytic methods to assess program implementation, outcomes, trends, and performanceConducting qualitative analyses of interview, focus group, open-ended survey, and program report data using appropriate coding, thematic analysis, and synthesis methodsVisualizing and communicating data through tables, charts, dashboards, and presentations that clearly convey findings and implicationsSynthesizing key findings across data sources and prepare comprehensive and summary reports that share results, recommendations, and implications with internal and external stakeholdersProviding technical assistance on evaluation design, data collection methods, data quality, data management, analysis, and reportingManaging and analyzing large sets of performance measurement data, synthesize key findings, and prepare comprehensive and summary reports to share findings and recommendations with stakeholder A successful candidate would possess these skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to othersThe TeamDeloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact.
