About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
• Administer medication reminders and monitor health conditions as needed.
• Help with meal preparation and nutritional guidance tailored to client needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental stimulation.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in caregiving preferred.
• Experience in personal care or home health care settings is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to clients' homes.
• Compassionate demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility challenges.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
