Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend development, modern frontend frameworks, and cloud-native application architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Must Have Technical Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in Core Python
• Expertise in backend frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI
• Experience with GraphQL APIs
• Strong frontend development experience with React.js
• UI frameworks/libraries: Material UI (MUI), Tailwind CSS
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks: Next.js, Remix
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture
• Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
• Database experience with PostgreSQL
• Containerization experience with Podman
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
• Knowledge of Git/version control systems

Roles & Responsibilities
• Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions and application features
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, designers, and developers to define project specifications
• Design and develop scalable backend services using Python frameworks
• Build responsive and modern UI applications using React.js and related technologies
• Create creative prototypes and UI solutions based on UX specifications
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable source code
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications
• Develop technical documentation, handbooks, and support guides
• Participate in deployment, release management, and production support activities
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability standards are met

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Experience in Agile / Scrum development methodology
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions
