Job Title: Operating Room Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 4 Ten-Hour Shifts Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 Years License: Current Registered Nurse License Certifications: Current CPR/BLS Card, ACLS Must-Have: - Ability to assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs. - Capability to plan, implement, and evaluate an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team. - Strong communication skills to provide explanations and instructions to patients or responsible persons. - Clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition. - Skills to manage conflict professionally and contribute to a healthy workplace environment. - Commitment to meet Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care. - Participation in continuing education. - Maintenance of complete and accurate medical records. Description: The shift will consist of 4 ten-hour shifts with on-call duties as required. No block scheduling requests can be accommodated.
