Responsibilities: Meet company objectives for sales and set individual targets with your team
Track and report sales and performance daily
Structure deals, present numbers
Develop your sales team through motivation, product knowledge, education, and process training
Ensure customer care and satisfaction by providing outstanding service and promptly resolving customer concerns and questions
Other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum of 1+ years experience in Marine sales is strongly desired, however, similar industries will be considered Candidates must be proficient in social media platforms and creating engaging video content for various social media platforms. Benefits: 401(k)
