Fleet Mechanic

Description Now Hiring: Fleet Mechanic Liggett Electrical Services, LLC Liggett Electrical Services is seeking a skilled and dependable Fleet Mechanic to maintain and repair our company vehicles, trailers, and jobsite equipment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, values safety, and enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on company vehicles, trailers, and equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and diesel engine issues. Service company service trucks, trailers, generators, compressors, and other company-owned equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, brakes, suspension, steering, and driveline components. Maintain accurate maintenance records and inspection reports. Coordinate parts ordering and inventory. Conduct safety inspections and ensure company vehicles remain road-ready. Respond to occasional emergency vehicle breakdowns. Requirements Qualifications Minimum 3 years of mechanic experience Experience with diesel and gasoline engines. Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems. Ability to diagnose mechanical issues efficiently. Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus). Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Preferred Experience Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, and trailer maintenance. Preventative maintenance program management. Trailer repairs.
