Responsibilities
• Provide the professional nursing functions in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within the CCU.
• Coordinate, manage, provide, and delegate patient care in collaboration with the health care team.
• Ensure adherence to established Standards of Nursing Practice and promote cooperation among clinicians and support staff.
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes, document findings, and update care plans accordingly.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based care while prioritizing patient safety, comfort, and timely interventions.
• Facilitate efficient handoffs and communication during shift changes and with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements
• Active Registered Nurse license in California.
• Ability to perform 12-hour daytime shifts (36 hours per week).
• Willingness to participate in a travel assignment for 13 weeks.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills for a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
