OR Nurse

Perform patient assessments and assist in developing individualized care plans. Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changing clinical situations. Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff. Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records. Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Support patient safety initiatives and infection prevention protocols. Assist patients through various stages of care, including altered states of consciousness. Utilize sound clinical judgment in routine and emergency situations. Promote compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining confidentiality. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Support a positive and efficient surgical environment. Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of Nursing experience required. Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience required. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
