We’re hiring a Junior Account Executive in Cincinnati to support face-to-face customer acquisition and account development. This role involves direct selling and agreed performance targets, with guidance from experienced colleagues.

What You’ll Learn to Do

• Introduce client products and services at local campaign venues.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs.
• Explain relevant options and respond accurately to routine questions.
• Progress sales conversations and complete required documentation.
• Maintain clear customer records and follow-up actions.
• Review activity and results with the team.

You Don’t Need an Account Executive Background

Retail, hospitality, events, and other customer-facing experience are welcome. A specific degree isn’t required.

We’re looking for attentive listening, professional communication, reliability, and a willingness to practice. You should be comfortable approaching people, working toward targets, and responding respectfully when someone declines.

Develop With Coaching

Training will cover product knowledge, customer conversations, sales procedures, and reporting. You’ll receive feedback as you build confidence and take ownership of assigned opportunities.
