I attended the University of North Alabama and bring 26 years of experience with State Farm across a variety of roles. I opened my first agency in 2013 and expanded with a second location in 2023. Today, were a team of 18 across both offices, focused on growth, collaboration, and strong performance.

We stay actively involved in the community by sponsoring events like the Gardendale Farmers Market and the Magnolia Festival.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Scott Cantrell - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
