Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, identifying their strengths and needs to inform treatment planning. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient requirements. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care that addresses all aspects of a patient’s wellbeing. Assist patients and their families in understanding diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, promoting informed decision-making. Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions through virtual modalities, ensuring engagement and participation in a remote setting. Develop personalized treatment plans that are aligned with patients’ goals and preferences, regularly reviewing progress and making necessary adjustments. Advocate for patients' rights and needs, assisting them in navigating the mental health system and overcoming barriers to access. Lead therapeutic groups and psychoeducational sessions, contributing to treatment goals and enhancing patient engagement. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clientele includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, and addiction. You will help empower patients with the skills and support necessary to manage their mental health effectively. Qualifications Must possess an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. Strong knowledge of current mental health disorders and treatment methodologies. Proficient in crisis intervention techniques and methodologies. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, collaborating effectively with multidimensional professionals. Preferred Experience A minimum of two years experience in providing mental health counseling or therapy services. Experience in a telehealth setting is highly advantageous, with an understanding of remote engagement strategies. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
