Accounts Payable Specialist – Lotus Concepts Management, Denver, CO – Hourly Position, On-Site, Hiring Immediately Lotus Concepts Management is seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team in Denver. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys working with numbers, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and organization across financial processes. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting the overall financial health of multiple restaurant and hospitality concepts. Key Responsibilities Process and code invoices accurately and in a timely manner Match invoices to purchase orders and verify receipt of goods/services Manage weekly check runs and payment processing Maintain organized and up‑to‑date vendor files Communicate with vendors regarding billing questions and discrepancies Assist with month‑end closing tasks and reporting Track and reconcile expenses across multiple properties Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures Support the Controller and accounting team with additional tasks as needed Qualifications 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred) Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑unit environment Hospitality experience is a plus but not required Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $22–$26 per hour, based on experience Flexible weekly schedule as determined by manager Sick time accrued in accordance with Colorado law Daily free lunch provided on scheduled workdays Opportunity for growth within a dynamic and expanding hospitality group Additional Details: This is an on‑site position based at our corporate office in Denver, Colorado.
