Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement Connect with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. Build rapport, identify needs, and establish trust. Sales Execution Present pest control services and treatment plans clearly and confidently. Provide accurate quotes and service agreements to residential customers. Lead Management Qualify and follow up on inbound and outbound leads from marketing efforts, referrals, and outreach. Pipeline Development Maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow‑up and relationship building. Collaboration Partner with operations and service teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service. Goal Achievement Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and KPIs.
