Qualifications and Experience:

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current ARRT (CT) certification
• Valid state license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist (if required)
• Proven experience performing CT imaging studies in a hospital or outpatient setting
• In-depth knowledge of imaging protocols, safety standards, and patient care practices
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic scans as ordered by physicians
• Follow established imaging protocols and safety procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Prepare patients for scans, explaining procedures and addressing questions to provide comfort and reassurance
• Maintain accurate patient records and document scan details according to facility standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to ensure clear and timely communication of results
• Perform routine maintenance and quality control checks on imaging equipment
