The Role Are you a sales pro who loves building relationships and closing dealsbut also enjoys helping customers right at the dealership? As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll split your time between developing your territory, generating new business, and supporting walk-in customers. From rental contracts to equipment sales, you'll be the go-to expert for customers in the field and at our dealership.

What You'll Do

• Grow your territory by prospecting, networking, and cultivating long-term relationships.
• Assist walk-in customers with equipment sales, rentals, and inquiries.
• Manage rental contracts efficiently and accurately.
• Respond promptly to customer needssometimes after hours.
• Keep customer info organized in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to make every customer interaction smooth and successful.
• Hit and exceed sales goals while representing Rueter's values.

What We're Looking For

• 23 years of proven sales experience (inside, outside, or blended).
• Experience in agriculture or construction equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with CRM and general computer use.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license.

Work Environment & Travel

• Split between dealership (50%) and field (50%)
