Company: Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin Location: Winneconne & Surrounding Communities Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | Day & Evening Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is currently hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers throughout the Winneconne area for day and evening shift opportunities. As a caregiver, you'll provide personalized one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Every shift is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships while bringing comfort, companionship, reassurance, and peace of mind to clients and their families. Whether you have caregiving experience or are just beginning your caregiving journey, we provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you feel confident and successful from day one.

What You'll Do Assist with personal care and daily routines Provide companionship and emotional support Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Support client independence and mobility Communicate with families and the care team Help seniors remain independent while providing peace of mind to families

Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to pass a background check and provide references No caregiving experience required — paid training provided
