We are currently seeking caregivers in the Port Orchard area who enjoy actively engaging clients in meaningful activities, including outings and hobbies such as fishing.

This role is ideal for caregivers who value building connections through companionship and supporting clients in maintaining an active and fulfilling lifestyle.

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes: 

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles, outdoor walks, fishing, and other activities that provide social and emotional support
• Memory Care support: providing structure, redirection, and compassionate support for clients with dementia

At TheKey, we pride ourselves on hiring compassionate caregivers who meet the following eligibility requirements: 

• Active CNA or HCA license
• CPR certification required
• Alzheimer's or Dementia experience
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills
• Driver for clients (with vehicle, car insurance and registration) required
