Personal Lines Client Service Manager

Overview At Gallagher, we are united by a commitment to growth and shared goals. We’re looking for a Personal Lines Client Service Manager to help us deliver exceptional service to our clients. This role has a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. If you’re passionate about building relationships, solving problems, and making a real impact, this could be the perfect role for you. How you'll make an impact As the go‑to person for our clients, you’ll help them navigate their insurance needs with confidence. You’ll provide personalized service, answering questions about policies, endorsements, and claims, and offering solutions to meet their needs. Whether discussing auto, homeowners, or umbrella policies, you’ll ensure clients feel supported at every step. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining accurate client and policy data, using Gallagher’s technology to streamline processes and improve service quality. By collaborating with your team, you’ll help secure existing business and drive sales of additional services, all while managing multiple priorities with ease. About You Required Bachelor’s degree with 0+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, OR high‑school degree/GED with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience. Active Producer’s license. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using technology to maximize productivity and quality. Nice to have 1+ years of prior experience providing client‑facing customer service. Currently licensed in P&C. Working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. What you’ll bring to the role Holding a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and demonstrating a commitment to client service. Holding an active Producer’s license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire. Effective written and verbal communication skills, leveraging technology to enhance productivity. Practical experience in client‑facing customer service and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the range for this position. Actual compensation will be influenced by factors such as experience, education, market, specialty, and workload. In addition to salary, we provide a wide range of benefits.
