Temperanceville Plant- Cut-Up Lead FT 1st Shift

Position Overview Pay: $18.90 This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordinating daily departmental responsibilities by ensuring the Supervisor’s instructions are communicated to team members and carried out timely and correctly. The individual will also monitor all equipment to ensure it is working properly and notify the supervisor of any needed maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Additionally, this role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets to support operations. Work Details Full time, 1st Shift. Rehire criteria: minimum waiting period of 180 days; no more than 3 previous work periods at Tyson Foods; 6 months continuous work history with one employer in the past 12 months. Responsibilities Assist the Supervisor with daily departmental coordination. Communicate the Supervisor’s instructions to team members. Ensure tasks are carried out timely and accurately. Monitor equipment, ensuring it operates correctly. Notify supervisor of maintenance needs. Maintain a safe work environment. Adhere to Tyson policies and procedures. Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and company assets. Qualifications Physical ability to perform job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
