We are seeking a full-time Cocktail Server to join our world-class hospitality team at the Dunes Golf & Beach Club. Full-time benefits include paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, and life insurance plans after just 90 days of employment.

Profit Sharing and 401k Plan is available to employees who are at least 21 years of age, have a minimum of one year of service, and have worked a minimum of 1,000 hours in a calendar year. The Club matches a portion of employee contributions.

YOUR ROLE: COCKTAIL SERVER

As a Cocktail Server , you'll be one of the friendly faces of our oceanfront dining experience, serving delicious food and drinks while delivering impeccable service with a smile. You'll greet members and guests, take orders, recommend menu items, and ensure that each dining experience exceeds expectations. Step into a dynamic, high-energy atmosphere where teamwork is key and every day brings something new. You'll juggle multiple tasks with ease, all while keeping things upbeat, organized, and polished. From mixing and serving cocktails, to curating unforgettable dining moments, you'll help every member and guest feel like they've escaped to their own personal slice of oceanfront paradise.

Essential Functions

• Take orders timely and accurately, prepare and deliver the right items, and ensure that all members and guests have what they need for an enjoyable meal.
• Must be enthusiastic, friendly, and able to work collaboratively with team members.
• Understand the Clubs' classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Knowledge of the Clubs' classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine .
• Handle multiple tables and orders simultaneously while maintaining excellent service.
• Understand the importance of name recognition and warmly greet each member and teammate with a smile and direct eye contact.
• Responsible for set up, breakdown, cleanliness, and replenishment of event spaces and dining rooms.
• Must be at least 21 years old, with availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Reports to work on time, in assigned neat, clean uniform. Presents professionally in adherence with the Club's grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working in food and beverage in a club or fine dining establishment.
• Must have a positive and friendly attitude and enjoy providing exceptional personalized service to our members and guests.
• Basic reading, writing, and computer skills are required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be a team player who can develop strong and positive working relationships with all co-workers.

Our food and beverage team generally works Tuesday through Sunday, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for operations. The weekly work schedule is subject to change based on business needs. Availability on evenings, holidays and weekends is expected of all staff.
