Job Duties

• Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create personalized therapy strategies that empower them to reach their functional aspirations.

• Collaborate with Disciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, integrative care.

• Track and Adapt Treatment Progress: Regularly monitor clinical outcomes and modify interventions as necessary to keep patients progressing toward their goals.

Education Requirements

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications Needed

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• Certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is required
