Shift Manager

Shift Manager – Arby's Location: 4350 S Buckley Rd, Aurora, CO 80015 We are seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, including food preparation, customer service, cleanliness, sales, inventory, and staff development. This role leads the shift team and maintains high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness. Train and develop team members to consistently deliver exceptional service. Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality. Implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency. Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the management team to continuously improve processes and procedures. Requirements Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food/Hospitality industry. Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Ability to work in a fast‑paced and high‑pressure environment.
