We have an opportunity for an experienced individual to join our team as Buildings & Grounds Supervisor at our new Des Moines Terminal! Great working schedule of Monday‑Friday 7‑4 p.m. or 8‑5 p.m. and on‑call as needed! Buildings & Grounds Responsibilities Operate forklift, blowers, scrubbers, pressure washers and other tools and equipment to clean and maintain the shop building. Routine and extensive grounds‑keeping and custodial care including: Mowing the grass and landscape upkeep. Snow removal when needed. Light electrical and plumbing. Sweep, mop, polish floors. Paint shop areas as needed. Clean and organize all areas as needed. Restock supplies as needed. Remove trash and recyclables as needed. Special projects and other duties as assigned. Buildings & Grounds Qualifications Previous directly‑related experience. Motivated self‑starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Valid driver’s license. HVAC experience a plus. Prior overhead door maintenance a plus.
