- Provide comprehensive ENT care to a broad referral base
- Manage an average of 20-30 patients daily in clinic
- Perform surgeries at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and Findlay Surgery Center
- Utilize advanced surgical technology, including da Vinci Xi Robots
- Collaborate with audiology and subspecialty teams (e.g., Allergy, Neurosurgery)
- Participate in a care team model with APPs and hospitalists for inpatient care
- Contribute to a supportive, collegial work culture with leadership committed to your success
- Optionally teach medical and advanced practice trainees
- Take backup call only, covered by APPs
- Medical license in Ohio or eligibility
- Board-certified in Otolaryngology
- Minimum of several years of clinical experience preferred
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
- Not open to visa candidates; not accepting locum providers
