Pay & Benefits

What You ll Do
  • Provide comprehensive ENT care to a broad referral base
  • Manage an average of 20-30 patients daily in clinic
  • Perform surgeries at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and Findlay Surgery Center
  • Utilize advanced surgical technology, including da Vinci Xi Robots
  • Collaborate with audiology and subspecialty teams (e.g., Allergy, Neurosurgery)
  • Participate in a care team model with APPs and hospitalists for inpatient care
  • Contribute to a supportive, collegial work culture with leadership committed to your success
  • Optionally teach medical and advanced practice trainees
  • Take backup call only, covered by APPs
What You Need
  • Medical license in Ohio or eligibility
  • Board-certified in Otolaryngology
  • Minimum of several years of clinical experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
  • Not open to visa candidates; not accepting locum providers
