As the Community Marketing & Brand Ambassador at Aviva Hills, you will be a highly visible face of our community throughout Canton, Stark County, and the surrounding area.

Your mission is to build awareness of Aviva Hills, create memorable experiences, develop meaningful community and professional relationships, generate qualified leads for tours, and help drive occupancy growth.

You will work closely with the Executive Director, Sales, Activities, and community leadership teams to make Aviva Hills one of the most recognized, connected, and trusted senior living communities in the Canton market.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute community marketing initiatives that increase awareness of Aviva Hills throughout Canton, Stark County, and surrounding communities.

• Generate qualified leads that convert into scheduled tours through networking, events, referral relationships, digital marketing, and grassroots outreach.

• Build relationships with local healthcare providers, rehabilitation centers, physician practices, senior organizations, churches, civic organizations, businesses, and other potential referral partners.

• Develop a consistent external outreach calendar that keeps Aviva Hills visible throughout the community.

• Plan and execute resident appreciation events, family events, holiday celebrations, educational seminars, networking mixers, open houses, vendor events, and community festivals.

• Represent Aviva Hills at health fairs, Chamber events, civic organizations, senior-focused events, and other local networking opportunities.

• Build referral partnerships that consistently produce prospective residents and family tours.

• Manage and grow the community's local social media presence, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile.

• Create weekly content highlighting resident experiences, employee recognition, community events, photos, videos, educational information, and life at Aviva Hills.

• Coordinate local advertising, sponsorships, public relations opportunities, press releases, and promotional campaigns.

• Protect and elevate the Aviva brand by ensuring consistent messaging and presentation across community touchpoints.

• Partner with the Activities team to create memorable resident experiences while capturing engaging content that showcases community life.

• Support recruiting and employer branding by highlighting Aviva's culture, employees, recognition programs, and career opportunities.

• Monitor online reviews and help strengthen the reputation of Aviva Hills.

• Track lead sources, tours generated, event attendance, social engagement, referral activity, and marketing ROI.

• Regularly evaluate which outreach and marketing activities are producing results and adjust strategy accordingly.

Who We're Looking For

You are energetic, creative, outgoing, and relationship-driven. You enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, networking throughout the community, hosting events, telling stories through social media, and creating experiences people remember.

You're equally comfortable attending a community networking event, developing a new referral relationship, creating social media content, helping host a resident event, or following up with a prospective partner.

Most importantly, you're a self-starter. You don't wait for someone to tell you where to go or who to meet. You actively look for opportunities to put Aviva Hills in front of the right people.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, hospitality, healthcare, senior living, public relations, event management, community outreach, business development, or a related field.

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and digital content.

• Ability to comfortably represent Aviva Hills at community and professional events.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.

• Results-oriented mindset with an interest in measuring the effectiveness of marketing and outreach efforts.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for networking and community events.

• Flexibility to occasionally participate in evening and weekend events.
