Hope Harbor Wellness and its affiliates is a mental health and substance abuse treatment facility located in Hiram, Georgia! This facility is looking to fill a position for a part-time (ranging from 10-29 hours per week) therapist. Qualifications must include one of the following: APC, LAPC, LMSW, LCSW, and/or LPC with at least 1-2 years' experience working with those suffering from dual diagnosis preferred.

As a clinician at Hope Harbor Wellness and affiliates, you will provide direct services in the areas of individual therapy, group facilitation, complete necessary assessments, facilitate crisis intervention and on-going therapy to clients in our care. Therapeutic services provided are designed to meet the specific needs of the client and all services are provided in an office setting. Services are provided with an individualized client-centered approach and are delivered through intensive, time-limited, goal specific interventions. Flexibility for this position is required as appointments may be scheduled in the evenings during operating hours or according to client specific schedules. Applicant is required to document appropriate clinical information in medical record in a timely manner through our designated EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system.

Required Education / Experience:

- Licensed (or pre-licensed) as APC, LAPC, LMSW, LPC, LMFT or LCSW in the state of Georgia

- At least 21 years of age

- Demonstrate interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

- Demonstrate planning, conceptual, problem solving and analytical skills

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

- Individual Therapy

- Treatment Planning

- Completion of Assessments

- Group Therapy/Facilitation

- Documentation through EMR System

- Crisis Intervention

- Usage of an array of treatment modalities

- Discharge Planning

- Continued Education as it applies to Licensing and Certifications
