This role requires a strategic leader with strong program management expertise focused on execution and delivery within budget and schedule. The PM will direct all phases of the program from inception through completion, manage cost, schedule, and technical performance, and support the Contracting Officer in negotiating contracts and contract changes. Additionally, the PM will prepare proposals and Statements of Work and serve as the primary customer interface for program activities, reviews, and performance discussions.Essential Functions:• Lead and manage the UEWR AGD I&T program, guiding all phases from planning through execution and delivery• Direct the deployment of capabilities to CONUS and OCONUS sites, balancing operational realities with upgrade and delivery requirements• Oversee program scope, schedule, budget, and performance through effective planning, monitoring, and control• Build and maintain strong relationships with government customers, contractors, and subcontractors• Support and participate in program meetings, reviews, baseline sessions, and quarterly program management reviews• Prepare and present comprehensive status reports covering risks, opportunities, schedule, financials, contract activity, and technical performance• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, applicable regulations, and industry standards• Provide leadership to a cross functional program team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance• Manage program risks and opportunities by developing, implementing, and tracking mitigation strategies• Oversee development and delivery of key program artifacts, including IMS, cost reports, technical data, and stakeholder communicationsQualifications:Must Have an Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experiencePreferred Additional Skills:• Direct experience with UEWR systems• Experience successfully managing large-scale, complex programs, preferably within the DoD or space sector• Strong understanding of ground systems, satellite operations, and space program requirements• Ability to manage program risks and opportunities effectively• Experience with earned value management (EVM) and integrated master schedules (IMS)• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically• Travel may be required up to 15%In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state is $110,500-$205,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
